Referral program terms & conditions

General:

  • The Flip Friends & Family Referral Offer (Offer) will run from 14th April 2022.
  • This Offer is made by Flip Insurance Pty Ltd, ABN 71 648 680 960 in relation to insurance issued by HCF Life Insurance Company Pty Ltd ABN 37 001 831 250, and is separate to any other offer. By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Offer.
  • We reserve the right to modify, extend or withdraw this Offer at our sole discretion and at any time without notice.

How does this Offer work?

  • This Offer applies in relation to any friend, acquaintance or family member who has not yet registered a Flip account (Friend or Family Member).
  • While this Offer is active, a referral link will be available to Flip account holders.

How can I participate in this offer?

  • Sharing your referral link with a Friend or Family Member from your Flip dashboard. For each New Friend or Family Member who uses your referral link to register a Flip account and purchase Flip accidental injury insurance, you will receive a $27 credit to your Flip account. Note you can receive up to $999 of credit under this Offer, which is equivalent to 37 Friends or Family Members using your referral link to register a Flip account and purchase Flip cover. Your Friend or Family Member will also receive a $27 credit to their Flip account
  • Using a referral link to register and purchase cover – if you use a referral link to register a Flip account as a New Friend or Family Member of the individual who sent you the referral, and you purchase cover, you will receive a $27 credit to your Flip account.

To receive credit under this offer, you must have a registered Flip account with a verified email address.

What else should I know?

  • Credits to your Flip account can be used only to purchase Flip injury insurance.
  • Any amount credited to your Flip account under this Offer cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced or refunded for cash or any other type of credit, and cannot be applied to any previously purchased cover.
  • We may, at our sole discretion, reverse a credit or decline to credit your Flip account under this Offer if we reasonably suspect that you have not participated in this Offer in good faith or you have acted in a fraudulent, deceptive or misleading manner.
