Use of Promotional Codes & Discounts

To use promotional codes you must meet eligibility requirements stated in the latest PDS available on flipinsurance.com.au as well as the following terms and conditions.

1. The promotional code can only be used once per customer;
2. The promotional code is not redeemable for cash;
3. If you cancel your insurance, the value of the offer is not refundable;
4. The promotional code can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer; and
5. The promotional code is valid for a limited time only and HCF Life reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time.

Promotional discount codes apply only to eligible Flip products as specified below:

  • Flip Roaming;
  • Flip Active for adults: Day Pass, Week Pass, or the first month of a Monthly Subscription; and
  • Flip Active for children (ages 5–17): Day Pass, Week Pass, 90-day and 180-day Season Pass, the first month of a Monthly Subscription, and the first year of an Annual Subscription.

Discounts do not apply to Flip Active for adults 90-day and 180-day Season Pass or Annual Subscription, Flip Group Active, or Flip Dental. Flip Friends & Family Referral Offer Terms & Conditions

General

  1. The Flip Friends & Family Referral Offer (the "Offer") will run from November 14 2023 until November 25 2026 (“Active Offer Period”).
  2. This Offer is made by Flip Insurance Pty Ltd, ABN 71 648 680 960 (“we” or “us”), in connection with insurance issued by HCF Life Insurance Company Pty Ltd, ABN 37 001 831 250, and is independent of any other offer.
  3. By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. We reserve the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this Offer at our sole discretion at any time.

How does this Offer work?

  1. This Offer is available to current, registered Flip customers and their eligible friends, acquaintances, and family members (referred to as "Friend" or "Family Member"). A Friend or Family Member will be eligible for the Offer if they have not previously registered with Flip and meet the conditions to purchase the relevant Flip product.
  2. During the Active Offer Period, each current, registered Flip customer will receive a unique referral code after making their first order.
  3. You can participate in the Offer:
    1. If you are a current, registered Flip customer – by sharing your referral code with a Friend or Family Member: For each new Friend or Family Member who uses your referral code to register a Flip account and proceeds to purchase Flip accidental injury insurance, you will receive a 25% discount on your next purchase of a day or week of cover, or the first month of a monthly subscription (though not for any additional cover or recurring subscription payments).
    2. If you are a Friend or Family Member – by using the referral code you received from an existing, registered Flip customer to purchase cover: If you use a referral code when purchasing a Flip product and are a first-time transacting customer who has not previously registered with Flip, you will receive a 25% discount on that purchase of a day or week of cover, or the first month of a monthly subscription (though not for any additional cover or recurring subscription payments).

What else should I know?

  1. This Offer is applicable only to select purchase options Flip cover from any of the ‘direct to consumer’ (D2C) products - Flip Active, Flip Kids and Flip Roaming. The offer excludes the purchase of Season Passes, Annual Subscription, Group Active ‘Business to Business’ (B2B) product, Flip Group Active.
  2. This Offer cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced or refunded for cash or any other type of credit, and cannot be applied to any previously purchased cover.
  3. We may, at our sole discretion, reverse this Offer if we reasonably suspect that:
    1. you have not participated in this Offer in good faith; or
    2. you have acted in a fraudulent, deceptive or misleading manner.

Flip Dental x HCF Eyecare Giveaway Terms & Conditions

HOW TO QUALIFY:

  1. To qualify for the Flip Dental x HCF Eyecare Giveaway (“Promotion”), you must: 
    a. Purchase a Flip Dental voucher during the Promotion Period (see below);
    b. Present your Flip Dental email purchase confirmation at an HCF Eyecare centre within 6 months; and
    c. Have a bulk-billed eye test at an HCF Eyecare centre within 6 months or be an existing HCF Eyecare customer with a current glasses prescription.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This Promotion is conducted by Flip Insurance Pty Ltd, ABN 71 648 680 960 (“Flip”). Get in contact at help@getflip.com.au. The Promotion will run in each State and Territory in Australia, from 09:00 AEDT on 20 January 2026 until 23:59 AEST on 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Information on ‘How to qualify’ also forms part of the terms and conditions.
  3. To qualify for this Promotion, individuals must meet the following eligibility requirements:
    a. Have purchased a Flip Dental voucher within the Promotion Period;
    b. Present their Flip Dental email purchase confirmation at an HCF Eyecare centre within 6 months of purchasing the Flip Dental voucher;
    c. Have had a bulk billed eye test at an HCF Eyecare centre within 6 months of purchasing the Flip Dental voucher or be an existing HCF Eyecare customer with a current glasses prescription (HCF Eyecare centre are in Sydney at the following locations - https://www.hcf.com.au/locations/hcf-centres/hcf-eyecare-centre);
    d. Reside in New South Wales; and
    e. Be at least 18 years old.
  4. All individuals who qualify for this Promotion will receive $100 off the recommended retail price of any glasses or sunglasses sold by HCF Eyecare.
  5. The $100 HCF Eyecare discount remains valid for 6 months after purchasing the Flip Dental voucher. It can be claimed at any time during that period by meeting the eligibility requirements in clause 3 above and presenting the Flip Dental email purchase confirmation to an HCF Eyecare centre. After 6 months, the HCF Eyecare discount will be forfeit.
  6. If a bulk billed eye test is needed to qualify, that requires an appointment at an HCF Eyecare centre. While those are normally available within a few days, you should book early to ensure it is provided within 6 months of purchasing the Flip Dental voucher.
  7. The $100 HCF Eyecare discount cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. No refunds or credits are made if the discount is not used, or if it is used to purchase glasses or sunglasses that cost less than $100.

HOW TO ENTER

1.    To enter the Thredbo Summer MTB Lift Pass Competition (“Promotion”), you must:

a) Complete the Promotion form provided to you through the link in the Invitation Email you received from Flip during the Promotion Period, which will be marked as a single entry in the Promotion (“Entry”). Only one Entry per person will be accepted; and

b) Reside in Australia.

2.    It is a condition of participating in the Promotion that you agree to all terms of the Promotion, including these Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.flipinsurance.com.au/promo-terms

3.    All Entries become the property of Flip and will not be acknowledged or returned.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  3. Entry is open to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:
       
    1. Have received an email from Flip inviting them to participate in the Promotion (“Invitation Email”);
    2. Have complied with all of the ‘How to Enter’ requirements (above);
    3. Not be a management committee member of Flip or a person involved in the conduct or marketing of the Promotion; and

  4. This Promotion is a game of chance and winners who meet the above criteria will be randomly selected by Flip on 30 January 2026 at 12:00 AEDT.
  5. Decisions by Flip, including with respect to any dispute, will be final.
  6. There will be 15 winners for this Promotion who will each receive one prize valued at up to $250, as follows:
       
    1. Two single-day Thredbo MTB lift passes.
      Passes are eligible for the Thredbo summer season that runs until 26      April 2026.

  8. The winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw. The winners will be published on Flip’s website at www.flipinsurance.com.au/promo-terms. The winners will be determined by Flip at its sole discretion (acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into in this regard.  

The prize should be claimed as soon as possible upon receiving the email notifying of the win, but no later than 26 April 2026 when it expires. Any unclaimed or unused tickets after this time will be forfeited.

  1. To enter the Spartan Central Coast Competition (“Promotion”), during the Promotion Period (see below), you must:

    b. Follow both the Flip Insurance Instagram account (@flip_insurance) and Spartan Race Australia Instagram account (@spartanraceau);

    d. Reside in Australia.

    a. One ticket to any Spartan Central Coast race on 21 February 2026.
  7. The total prize pool for this Promotion is valued at up to $2,250.
  8. The winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 24 hours of the draw. The winners will be published on Flip’s website at https://www.flipinsurance.com.au/promo-terms. The winners will be determined by Flip at its sole discretion (acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
  9. If you are successful, you must claim your prize as soon as possible but no later than 23:00 AEDT on 20 February 2026 (“Forfeit Date”). Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited after the Forfeit Date.
